I will take groups of up to four people and build bespoke training programs for you all.
Working out with friends can be a lot of fun, and very motivating 🙂 This can also be an excellent way to split the cost of training as the price only goes up by £5 per person for the additional people!
The full fitness assessment on all participants will be free of charge when you book your first session.
