This is an outdoor fitness class based at Jubilee Fields in Billingshurst West Sussex.The class is a mixture of circuit training and functional training designed to give you a full body work out that will increase strength and cardiovascular fitness. All that while having fun in the fresh air!
It is different every week and each class is full of variety so you won’t get stuck in a rut or bored with the same old routines!
Everyone is welcome, the class can be adapted to every fitness level 🙂
If you fancy it, fill in the form or just turn up to Jubilee Fields Billingshurst at 7pm on a Monday. I will be waiting in the car park, the class will start at approximately 7:10 and last for an hour.
