The initial lifestyle and fitness assessment is free of charge when you book your first one hour session which is half price. I also offer discounts on blocks of five one hour sessions. See the prices page for more details.
There is no such thing as a one size fits all exercise plan and there are many ways to achieve your goal, I will work with you personally to find the programme that suits you and above all that you enjoy!
I have a lot of my own equipment which means I can either travel to you so you can work out in your own home environment or we can use a local sports field which ever is more convenient for you.

If you are interested in training in a gym I can also train you at the Dual Strength and Fitness Gym in Horsham. This is a really well equipped gym with a focus on resistance training (free weights and machines) and functional fitness. If this sounds like your cup of tea then just let me know.
Note: the gym charges me for this so unfortunately the sessions will be more expensive but not extortionate I promise!
