All in the West Sussex area, based in Five Oaks Near Horsham and Billingshurst but willing to travel.

For now though I am going to tell you a bit more about me 🙂
I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with certificates in Kettlebell training, circuit training, functional training, core training, suspension training and advanced resistance training. I am fully registered with REPs and hold the relevant insurance.
But more than that I am a person who has recently rediscovered a love of (obsession with?) fitness, exercise and healthy living. Over the past two years I have changed my lifestyle completely and challenged myself to gain the qualifications to help others do the same!
I truly believe that whatever your goal, whether it is increasing fitness, losing weight or training, it should be an enjoyable journey not a hardship. It may not always be easy…but it can often be a lot more fun than you think 🙂
